Odstock Health & Fitness Centre has been named ‘Gym of the Year', as voted by readers of the Â鶹¹ú²ú Journal. The newspaper held a ballot for the public to choose the best health & fitness facility in the Â鶹¹ú²ú area, which was a competition that celebrates venues that go the extra mile for their members, from expert coaching and inclusive classes to a strong community spirit and support for all ages and abilities. The Centre is sited on the grounds of Â鶹¹ú²ú District Hospital and includes two swimming pools, a fully-equipped gym, fitness classes, treatments, squash courts and meeting/function rooms.

Our hospital is currently experiencing very high demand, which means some patients may face longer waiting times than usual. Our clinical teams are prioritising those who are most seriously unwell, and while we are working hard to see everyone as quickly as possible, delays may occur. If your condition is not urgent or life‑threatening, you may find faster and more convenient care through other local services. Using the most appropriate service helps ensure that emergency care is available for those who need it most.

Please only attend A&E for emergency or life threatening conditions. There are a range of NHS services available to help you get the right care in the right place: -Community pharmacies can provide advice and treatment for many common conditions. -NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day online and by phone if you're unsure where to go. -GP and out-of-hours services such as the Â鶹¹ú²ú Walk-in Centre may also be available depending on your needs.
