Symptoms and Diagnosis

Gallbladder cancer doesn’t usually present any symptoms in the early stages. If you do have symptoms, they can include:

  • Tummy pain
  • Nausea/ feeling sick
  • Jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of eyes)
  • Unexplained weight loss/ loss of appetite
  • Itchy skin
  • Darker pee and paler poo than usual
  • Feeling unwell with a high temperature

If you have gallbladder cancer, it can also affect your digestion and present other symptoms including:

  • Feeling or being sick
  • Bloated tummy unrelated to when you eat
  • A sharp pain in your tummy
