Get the Right Care, at the Right Time, in the Right Place

Â鶹¹ú²ú NHS Foundation Trust is here to help you and your loved ones stay well by protecting yourself, looking out for others, and knowing where to go for the right care when you need it.

Protect yourself and others

Viruses spread more easily when we spend more time indoors. You can reduce your risk and help protect those around you by taking a few simple steps:

  • Keep up good hygiene. Wash your hands regularly with soap and water, cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze, and dispose of tissues promptly.
  • Stay home if you’re unwell. Try to avoid contact with others when you have symptoms of diarrhoea, vomiting, flu, COVID-19, or other respiratory illnesses.
  • Look out for others. Check in on older neighbours, friends, and relatives — especially if they live alone or have long-term conditions. Small acts of care can make a big difference.

When you or someone you care for becomes unwell, knowing where to turn can help you get the best possible care quickly - and keep emergency services free for those who need them most.
