| Question Number 1: I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request information regarding physical and verbal attacks/assaults on hospital staff, as well as the resulting personal injury claims, settlements, and compensation payouts handled by or on behalf of the Trust. Please provide the following information for the financial years 2023/24, 2024/25 and 2025/26: The total number of physical assaults and attacks recorded against hospital staff (broken down by staff groups, e.g., nurses/midwives, doctors, healthcare assistants, allied health professionals, security, and administrative/support staff). | |
