| Answer To Question 1: The board approved adoption in principle on 2 July. | |
| Question Number 2: Please confirm whether the definition has been adopted a) in whole, b) in part, or c) not at all, or d) whether you are currently considering adoption. | |
| Answer To Question 2: Adoption has not been fully implemented to date. This is part of a wider programme of work across the BSW Hospitals Group to implement the Lord Mann review recommendations. This will include engagement with staff scheduled for late October 2026 that will inform an impact assessment and robust action plan. | |
| Question Number 3: Have you held any meetings to discuss the adoption of the 鈥渁nti-Muslim hostility鈥� definition? If so, please provide any recorded information on the content of these meetings, including agendas, minutes, or summaries. | |
| Answer To Question 3: A briefing session was held on 2 July including HR, Employee Relations, EDI, Organisation Development etc to inform multiprofessional staff who will implement changes. The working group who will drive this programme of work will meet later in the year, following staff engagement. Presentation slides attached. | |
