| Question Number 1: Please provide information held by the Trust as at the date of this request. We are requesting recorded information only. For the purposes of this request: 鈥� 鈥淗IV service鈥� means the service or services responsible for providing specialist outpatient HIV care e.g a HIV Outpatients Service 鈥� 鈥淧sychological support鈥� includes identification or assessment of psychological need, psychological interventions, specialist psychological therapies, neuropsychological support, mental health pathways, and HIV peer support. More information regarding psychological support services for people living with HIV, national standards and service specifications can be found in the British HIV Association鈥檚 Standards of Psychological Support for Adults Living with HIV. Where information is held separately by more than one HIV clinic or service, please provide separate responses where reasonably practicable. If information is not held, please state 鈥渘ot held鈥�. If it is held only in part, please provide the information that is held. It would be appreciated if your institution could provide us with the information set out in the questions in the attached document. If the Trust does not provide psychological support services and/or does not operate an HIV service, please respond to that effect. | |
