| Answer To Question 1: Yes we operate a Homebirth Service, this is through an on-call system covered by the Community Midwives. | |

| Answer To Question 2: No we have not had a Homebirth Team. | |
| Question Number 3: Are home birth services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week across the whole geographic area overseen by your Trust? | |

| Answer To Question 6: Less than 5 due to on-call Midwives already attending another homebirth so were unable to attend a second. | |
| Question Number 7: How many home births have been attended by midwives in the Trust in this period, including those resulting in intrapartum and/or postnatal transfer into hospital and those resulting in a baby being born at home with no transfer-in? | |
